This bachelor's degree trains students to become skilled sports coaches, equipping them to plan training sessions, build athletes' confidence, and guide performance development for athletes ranging from beginners to elite competitors. Alongside technical coaching skills, students develop the leadership and organizational abilities needed to run sports teams, manage competitions, and oversee broader team operations, whether working with youth athletes or national-level squads. Students choose one sport to specialize in from a defined list, including football, basketball, fencing, swimming, tennis, handball, judo, volleyball, track and field, men's and women's artistic gymnastics, aerobic gymnastics, and strength and conditioning, and study its theory and practice across every year of the program.

The curriculum opens with injury prevention and first aid, anatomy, gymnastic exercises, games in training, the history of philosophy and of sport, Olympism, and information technology, alongside the first stage of theory and practice in the student's selected sport. The second year builds on this with further anatomy and biochemistry, introductions to pedagogy, psychology, and sociology, the theory of physical education and sport, and communication skills, followed by biomechanics, physiology, injury prevention and rehabilitation, the theory of education, motor control and movement learning, general sport management issues, statistics, and the first stage of supervised field practice.
