Ireland's Third Level Graduate Scheme allows non-EU/EEA graduates to remain in Ireland after completing their studies to seek employment or start a business. Bachelor's degree holders receive a 1-year permission to remain; those graduating with a master's degree or PhD receive a 2-year permission. Graduates must register with their local Immigration Registration Office and obtain a Stamp 1G on their passport. This permission is not tied to a specific employer, meaning graduates can explore the job market freely.
