This master's program centers on environmental planning and is structured around project-based learning. Students engage in two major projects that integrate theoretical, methodological, and practical skills across planning, design, society, and policy. These projects are supported by excursions and complemented by modules in planning tools and techniques. The program comprises 78 ECTS in compulsory modules—including the projects and the master’s thesis—alongside 24 ECTS in core and complementary compulsory electives, and 18 ECTS in freely chosen electives. This structure allows students to personalize their academic focus through project selection and interdisciplinary or closely related elective modules.

This master's program requires a degree in a relevant field such as environmental planning, ecology, landscape architecture, urban and regional planning, geography (with a focus on physical geography and GIS), environmental sciences, or a closely related subject. Applicants must demonstrate at least 90 ECTS in coursework related to environment and planning. Since the program is taught in English, proficiency at CEFR level C1 is mandatory. German language skills are not required but acquiring basic German before starting the program is recommended for international students.

This master’s program focuses on advanced design practice, urban planning, heritage conservation, and architectural theory. Students engage in intensive design studios, team research projects, and workshops that develop both technical and conceptual skills. The curriculum includes engineering, modern construction technologies, and spatial planning, supported by foreign language training and elective design courses. The final semester is dedicated to diploma work and prepares students for professional practice or further academic pursuits.

To apply, candidates must hold a degree in architecture (Eng. Arch., Bachelor’s Diploma, or equivalent) and have completed a curriculum compatible with the program. An approved portfolio is also required as part of the admission process.

This interdisciplinary Master's program explores the intersection of design, art, culture, and technology with a critical, research-based approach. Students engage in studio work and seminars while exploring topics such as ecocriticism, spatial and material design, visual storytelling, and sustainability. Courses cover contemporary theories and practices, including environmental anthropology, gender studies, and human-computer interaction. Emphasis is placed on collaborative studio projects and dynamic workshops. Though internships are optional, students benefit from international exchange opportunities. Graduates are equipped for careers in design, art direction, multimedia, and cultural innovation.

To apply, candidates must demonstrate English proficiency at B2 level (CEFR). Admission requires a Bachelor’s degree in design, architecture, art, philosophy, or related fields, or a diploma from recognized Italian art and design academies. Alternatively, applicants with other degrees must show at least 12 ECTS in relevant areas such as design, aesthetics, or media. A commission assesses equivalency. Conditional admission is possible if the degree is pending, but it must be completed by the enrolment deadline

The bachelor's program offers an intensive 8-semester curriculum totaling 240 ECTS. It combines architectural design, urban planning, construction, history, sustainability, freehand drawing, and digital tools like BIM. Students engage in both theoretical courses and hands-on studio work, including interior and landscape design, public space projects, and advanced modeling. The program culminates in a diploma project and professional internship, with elective courses supporting specialization in areas such as ecological architecture, revitalization, and historical preservation.

Applicants must have passed mathematics and English at the secondary school leaving exam. For English, a minimum score of 60% at advanced level or 30% at bilingual level is required. Additional subjects considered include a second foreign language, drawing skills exam, or a vocational diploma (e.g., architectural restoration or landscape architecture technician). Not passing an additional subject does not disqualify the candidate, but results in a score of zero for that subject.
