This program prepares students through a blend of practical training and academic knowledge, including a 3-month internship. Students choose from four specializations: Hotel and Catering Business, Leisure Tourism, Business Tourism, and Recreation in Tourism. Each path includes tailored courses such as hotel operations, medical tourism, corporate events, and outdoor leisure activities. Core subjects cover tourism economics, marketing, intercultural communication, and project preparation. The program concludes with a diploma seminar and final thesis.

Applicants must have completed high school or higher education and submit original qualification documents with sworn translations into Polish (or English initially, with Polish required upon arrival). Documents are accepted in English or Polish. A B2-level English certificate is required, such as TOEFL iBT 72, IELTS 5.5, TOEIC 700, or equivalents like FCE, CAE, or CPE. Original documents must be presented upon arrival at the university.

This master's program prepares students for leadership roles in the tourism and hospitality industries. It includes core subjects such as managerial economics, tourism business management, destination marketing, and sustainomics. Students choose between tracks like hospitality management or tourism marketing, and between tourism policy or EU tourism. The curriculum emphasizes innovation through service design and develops practical skills in business analysis and research. The program concludes with elective courses and a master’s thesis.

To enroll in this master's program, applicants must have completed a relevant degree with at least 180 ECTS credits or equivalent higher professional education. Students from unrelated fields may qualify by completing additional coursework such as Microeconomics and Introduction to Business. Admission is limited, with specific spots allocated for EU citizens, non-EU citizens, and Slovenians without citizenship. If demand exceeds capacity, selection is based on prior academic performance (70%) and results in designated exams (30%).

This bachelor's program prepares students for diverse careers in the tourism and hospitality industry by offering strong foundations in micro- and macroeconomics, marketing, law, business management, and communication. Students also learn about European Union fundamentals, etiquette and protocol, tourism informatics, and the organization and economics of tourism. Core coursework includes subjects such as hotel and catering management, accounting, finance, and sustainability, along with physical education and thesis-related seminars. The program includes two major internship periods to ensure real-world experience in the field.

Students can specialize in one of four tracks. The Health Tourism specialization focuses on wellness tourism, nutrition, health economics, and lifestyle counseling. The Event Organization specialization covers managing conferences, cultural and corporate events, and public relations protocols. The Tourism Development and Regional Management specialization emphasizes local product development, settlement networks, and tourism planning. Finally, the Rural, Nature and Wine Tourism specialization explores rural tourism products, ecotourism, wine and gastronomy, and rural tourism enterprise management.

To apply for this bachelor's program, applicants must submit a motivation letter explaining their interest in the course, a brief curriculum vitae, and official academic records. Specifically, a final secondary school examination certificate is required. If the secondary education was completed in English, a certificate or a formally signed and stamped letter confirming English as the medium of instruction may be accepted. Degrees from English-speaking countries are also valid with official documentation.

Accepted English language certificates include TOEFL (minimum 550 on PBT or 72 on iBT), IELTS (minimum 6.0), EUROEXAM, Cambridge First Certificate (minimum level “C” or score of 160), and others such as Pearson PTE and Academic (minimum 59), the Oxford Test of English (with B2 scores across all skills), TELC, ECL, and TOEIC (minimum: listening 400, reading 385, speaking 160, writing 150). Trinity ISE II and LanguageCert ESOL at B2 level are also accepted. However, DUOLINGO (DET) and EF SET are not accepted.

This master's degree provides an integrated understanding of how luxury brands create, manage, and elevate hospitality experiences across physical, digital, and service touchpoints, combining strategic marketing, brand management theory, and service design to prepare students for the fast-evolving luxury hospitality landscape. The program addresses both the creative and organizational sides of brand management, training students to attract and retain consumers while also strengthening the practical and operational management of a hospitality brand.

Coursework traces the evolution of fashion and its connection to hospitality through the history of fashion and the broader fashion system, and examines how communication shapes exceptional guest experiences through storytelling, interpersonal skills, and brand image management within luxury contexts. Students study the dynamics of the global luxury market, including target segmentation and competitor strategy, alongside marketing tools and tactics specific to hospitality, such as customer relationship management, digital marketing, and experiential branding. Further coursework covers how to design hospitality concepts that generate emotional and economic value through design thinking and storytelling, how luxury consumers think and behave, and how brands build long-term loyalty and engagement, as well as the development of strong brand identities, positioning, and reputation within a competitive luxury market.

Students also study business modeling, financial planning, and brand development strategies specific to luxury hospitality enterprises, alongside how innovation and technology enhance customer experience through personalization and service excellence, and how digital tools and data-driven strategies are reshaping the luxury hospitality industry, including e-reputation and digital ecosystems. Coursework in sociology, anthropology, and psychology helps students interpret the social and cultural trends shaping luxury consumption, travel, and lifestyle choices. The program combines this theoretical grounding with an internship and a final dissertation, alongside applied learning through real or simulated industry projects, such as developing a marketing plan, a full communication strategy, or a complete service blueprint mapping a luxury hospitality guest journey from start to finish.

Students benefit from close ties with prominent luxury hospitality companies, including boutique hotels, luxury resorts, and branded residences, working on live projects under professional supervision that provide direct exposure to the realities and opportunities within the luxury hospitality sector. Graduates are prepared for roles such as chief brand officer, brand strategist, brand manager, business analyst, digital marketing manager, project manager, experience manager, communication and media planning manager, customer experience and CRM specialist, business development manager, or general manager of a boutique hotel.

This program is intended for participants who have completed previous undergraduate-level study or who can demonstrate proven relevant work experience. Applicants must hold a recognized bachelor's degree and academic transcript, or, if the degree is not yet completed, a certificate of expected graduation.

The application includes a completed application form, a passport-size photo, two reference letters, a signed personal statement, a curriculum vitae, a copy of a passport or national identity document, and proof of payment of the enrollment fee; a portfolio is required for creative programs. Non-native speakers of the language of instruction must also provide a language certificate at B2 CEFR level, obtained within the two years prior to the start of the course. Recognized certificates include an IELTS overall score of at least 5.5, with no individual component below 4.0, a TOEFL overall score of at least 4.0 (scale-dependent), a Cambridge English certificate score of 160 or above, a Pearson PTE Academic score of at least 50, or an equivalent qualification from one of several other recognized test providers; for Italian-language study, accepted certificates include CILS DUE (B2), CELI 3, or PLIDA B2.
