日本語Polish universities use an online registration system called IRK (Internetowa Rejestracja Kandydatów) for application and enrollment. Each university runs its own IRK instance. The application window for the October semester typically runs from April to the end of June, with some programs extending to late July.

Important Notes
Non-EU students need a National D visa to study in Poland; apply at the Polish consulate after receiving your conditional acceptance letter.
After arrival, non-EU students must apply for a Temporary Residence Permit (Karta Pobytu) at the local Voivode office — do this within 30 days of arrival.
English-taught programs in Poland have seen significant growth — but verify NARIC/Enic recognition if your degree will be used for employment outside Poland.
