This master's program in human resources management and organizational consulting includes foundational courses on organizational cultures, sustainability, innovation, and international HRM. In the second semester, students select one of three specialization tracks: Organizational Behavior and Consultancy, Digital Transformation in People Management, or Human Resource Management.
