Application deadlines in Sweden for 2010
Graduate (second cycle) and undergraduate (first cycle) programs
If you are applying for courses in English, you wil have to submit your application according to the deadlines as listed below:
- 15 January : for studies beginning in the fall semester (August 2010) of the same year.
- 15 August : for studies beginning in the spring semester (February 2011) of the same academic year.
Please, note that before the fall semester 2010, EU and non-EU students had different deadlines. From now on, all students applying to courses in English have to meet the same deadlines.
Are you applying for courses in Swedish?
If the language of instruction of the course or study program you are applying for is Swedish, you will have to submit your application according to the deadlines as listed below:
- 15 March : for summer studies.
- 15 April : for studies beginning in the fall semester of the same year.
- 15 October : for studies beginning in the spring semester of the same year.
What happens if you can't submit all of the documents before the deadline expires?
You are still given the chance to complete your application with the results from your exams or other documents before the semester begins. Please, ask your university or college about this option.
